At Possible, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on products that don't meet your expectations. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, returned items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
